Thanks for the props, MykleVincent! Loyal fans like us are the reason these movies perform conistantly at the box office. From 40 million to 60 million domestic gross. Factor in inflation and 3D premiums, it's pretty much the same fans returning for each installment. Either people know who Alice and Umbrella are or they don't. And if they don't, they're not interested in finding out now after 4 movies.

im with you man. they couldn't ruin these more than they have. garbage all the way. i will say that paul s can do some decent visual work but cmon people. they RUINED this franchise. it makes me happy in pants to know that this is 10 dollars i will not be spending :)

the hell with these movies they think that by adding all these characters that it'll make the movie better...im surprised these movies have done so well in the box office considering the fact that they all suck. i'll stick with the games thank you.

Jensen Ackles would make a bad Leon. He is a bad actor at times and his voice is wayyyyyyyyy too deep. Plus he doesn't really look like Leon.

Which would make him perfect for a Paul WS. Anderson movie.

sorry to be so negative but i have a passion for hateing these films. i think these are some of the most awfoul things ever created after the first film anyways. i would rather see a Remake thats closer to the original game, is scary and story driven . all we get is slo motion bullets,wall flips, and dives and no story hardly at all. i want someone like christopher nolan,jj abrams,mathew vaughn to be in the directors seat. maybe we would see zombies in a mansion lab,experiments like the tyrant,hunters, and plant 42, and other experiment cameos in lab contaiments, and some actual character development.REMAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have any hate for the RE films. I became an admirer of the films when the second one came out. The action was cool and I can remember pausing on all the shots of Sienna looking sexy. I've watched them all. But, if Sienna is not in this one as promised then I'm not even going to watch.

I speak for 90% of the people who have loved the films.

You cannot have a movie that focus on one person. She can wipe out all the zombies but no one else can do anything. Reboot the whole series. The Wolf if you think these movie are good, you are crazy. These have nothing to do with Resident Evil games. Play the games and then tell me about the movies. In the games there is know superpower Lady that can do everything. These movies are a JOKE!!!!!!!! Paul W S Anderson should direct these movies. It is also Hollywood.

The only superpowered beings in the games are the bad guys and they always end up mutated into monsters because of a side-effect.

This is why they call it a virus and this is why the whole super-Alice thing who fused with it is stupid because in the Resident Evil formula, no virus have a benefit effect.

The franchise is already too far gone for anyone to care. They should have had Chris and Jill from the start and based the films more on the games.

I have said this before, but the movies can't really follow the games, as there is too much puzzle solving to keep viewers interested. The first movie was probably the most game accurate, however the other movies are just plain action movies based on the RE franchise.

I will go see it, as will most everyone else here. It kills me so many people say they hate the movies, but clearly they watch them.

No one is forcing you to see the movie. If you don't like the way the movies go, then go to film school and reboot the franchise yourself.

These movies are pure sxxt & garbage, not one single is movie relating to the story of the games not even the first movie & in the games we do not have a Super Woman named Alice with Super powers no such person who took the virus in the games ever survived no person ever bonded with the T-Virus so alice should be dead or a zombie also in afterlife Wesker never took the T-Virus he took a special Virus called A-W specified for him that William Birking made.
These movies are Trash & for you alice lovers you can kiss my ass because resident evil is not the chronicles of Alice, it's about 2 main characters that started the franchise Chris & Jill.

i just now noticed the article for this was changed from "Ada is replacing Jill" to "Ada is joining Alice in the movie". so hopefully this is good news that Sienna is returning to play Jill. we know Jill is in this BIG TIME. Milla posted that there are several amazing fight sequences (one in Red Square) between Jill and Alice!! and the haters are just sad people.

People that hate these movies have a right to hate these movies without being "sad". Just because you love these movies doesn't mean that everyone else has to as well. Do yourself a favor and stop reading the negative if it hurts your Alice loving feelings so much. To not be a supporter of the source material and accuracy makes YOU sad.

I'm cool with them bringing Ada Wong in as long as she doesn't replace Sienna as Jill!...Anyways i think Maggie Q will be absolutely perfect for the role!!!!...She kicks ass!!!
