I'm definately happy to hear Salva is writing and directing a third installment. Jeepers Creepers was a great horror movie, with good characterization and genuine scares. The sequel left a little to be desired, with a cast a little too young, a little too green, and not nearly fleshed out enough to really be engaging..but it did a good job of helping to continue the story of the Creeper. I think the best bet for a sequel is to get back to the basics of the original, with a smaller cast of characters or victims lol..who can really help carry the story.

Hopefully Salva can keep it in his pants for this film and not shoot 45 minutes of teenage boys tanning on the roof of a bus like he did for 2. I think Salva wishes he was the Creeper in part 2, snatching teenage boys from the ground and taking them to his lair.

I am a MAJOR FAN OF THE FIRST TWO MOVIES!!! AND SO ARE SOME OF MY FRIENDS. Occaisionally, we will amke it a blockbuster event and ahve everyone over with the lights out ( must have effect for this kind of movie), and watch til we are scared witless... lol... no better adrenaline rush... you MUST RELEASE IN THE THEATER... I think the first two movie were pretty good, especially the first half of Jeepers 1. I liked the scene where The Creeper took k-wezzy's penis, but it was so small that the Creeper used it as a clit and became a female Creeper.

I thought the first half of 1 was good until it became a bit stupid (and how annoying was the song) but the second was just terrible. A bunch of teenagers on a bus with javlins and it takes them a good 45 minutes to think...hang on we've got big pointy sticks...lets stab it....they all deserved to die!

Hm... Speaking of female Creepers, I always kinda wondered what it would be like if a female Creeper entered the movies. Then they'd have two to deal with. Wouldn't that suck >.>
But then again, that'd be kinda dumb. Eh...
Anyways, glad to hear they're makin' a third. That's awesome, wheater it be direct-to-DVD or theater first. I wonder if this one will be like a prequel and give us a little background or will it be another sequel...

Some of you are so ****phobic. Why the hell are you paying so close attention to the dudes sun tanning on the bus in the first place? --And for the record, balloon-breasted chicks are what sells crapfest movies like Freddy vs. Jason & Child's Play 4. Salva makes ART & one hell of a good story! I loved the first two movies; particularly Jeepers Creepers 2! (all those that grew up in those rural country areas know how haunting those barely-lit highways can be) The scene after the truck blows up, the black kid is laying in the field, & the Creeper starts leaping through the air to get at him...CLASSIC! I've been waiting years for part 3! I'm glad there's finally some steam behind it & I'm definitely glad Salva is still at the helm!

I agree with one commenter that for the first haldf of Jeepers 1, was one of the best horror flicks ever! However, once I saw that the Creeper was a winged beast it became dumb. It felt a little like Chaninsaw Massacre before I saw the creature. Too bad, b/c I was on the edge of my seat before that.

I personally spoke with Jeepers Creepers actor Brandon Smith and he said that he has been ontracted to due the third installment and is returning as Srgt. Tubbs. Also it was said that Jezzell played by Patricia Belcher will be returning as well
