Hard to believe it's been nearly a full year since we've done an update on the French horror film Mutants. Here we are, however, with a look at the teaser trailer discovered online today. You can watch it here. David Morlet's feature debut is looking good so far - love the wintry setting and the hint of the slow decomposition one of the leads suffers through. Set in the wake of a deadly outbreak, in which people are turned into bloodthirsty maniacs (it's another spin on the zombie film), H�l�ne de Fougerolles and Francis Renaud play survivors (Sonia and Marco, respectively) who hole up in a isolated location, but not before Marco becomes infected...

Mutants is expected to hit theaters overseas in 2009.
