Road Train: Supernatural Road Rage!

Horror films have taught us Australia's back roads are teeming with a myriad of maniacs looking for trouble (from Mad Max to Wolf Creek). Now along comes Road Train, a supernatural thriller from the producing team of Black Water.
Written by Clive Hopkins and directed by newcomer Dean Francis, Train is set in the Australian outback where some young 'uns traversing the blacktop are stalked by a driverless road train. Yes, Duel comparisons are inevitable and it appears the producers - Paul Cowan and Chris Wheeldon of Territorial Film Developments and ProdigyMovies' Michael Robertsonare - are well aware of that.
According to Variety, Australian Film Commission's IndiVision Production Fund is backing the project.
