I'm going to go with this:
Let his hands, the things that build the machines to "save" people, be yours and "trust him". Meaning to carry his "message" out to others..
To me it's sorta linked to the motion poster we saw that told us his disease is spreading. Other people could be taking up his work, or "hands" if you will.. Its striking me as strangely religious in a sort of really sick way.

I like the new poster. I believe it means that "The Gloves are Off". Sadly, after the fourth film I lost all interest. Without JigSaw the Saw films are dead to me. It's like Christmas without Santa Claus!!!!

who really gives a fk what they're trying to say. this franchise should have been buried 5 years ago. they are so shameless in their attempts to milk stupid people out of their money. these movies are cheap and come out every year which shows that no thought process goes into good scripts or anything else.
pity on the people who spend money to watch this and encourage these leeches to make another saw next year

I also agree with M on the meaning of the poster. For me, the movies are getting fun because there are clues from the first few movies that they are using in the newer movies.
For those who don't like the movie, watch something else. For people like me who do like these movies, we have to cut through a bull**** of people that just want to give it a bad name.

I love all horror movies but must admit after the first 2 (aussie) film s it got a bit lame! Love the poster and am still looking 4ward to seeing the movie! Also i wanna know which 'scream queen' got the part!
