Feldman Leaving for Lost Boys 3: The Bite Soon

Corey Feldman is still keeping mum about plot details for The Lost Boys 3: The Bite, a follow-up to Joel Schumacher's The Lost Boys and last year's direct-to-DVD sequel Lost Boys: The Tribe, but we did get him to bleed out a bit more info about the film this afternoon.

During our Splatter interview, the online series he stars in, Feldman revealed he leaves for South Africa next week to begin shooting. "This is going to be a good one," the actor said, "very big budget compared to the last one and the director's great."

At the helm this time? Dario Piana who directed The Deaths of Ian Stone. "He does some really good stuff with CGI. There are a lot more effects on this one. A lot more fighting, stunts and wire work. And it's the return of the Frog brothers!"

"He does some really good stuff with CGI". That should tell you that THIS WILL BE CRAP! Even the big boys can't get CG right and this guy will? I think I'll go watch the original Lost Boys with real rubber monsters.

uh, bcscover, Corey Haim is in this one, hence the return of The Frog Brothers. He was only in the Tribe at the end due to crossing border issues.

Get the guy who's doing the CG in 2012 and movies will finally be ok, that CG is just amazing in that movie.

Derek, what are you talking about? the CG in 2012 looks terrible. And the last movie was crap. More CG, effects and wire work doesn't mean the movie will be better. It means the movie will be more bloated and have even less of the original movies charm.

I love the first one, tolerated the second one and hope the third one is decent and the last.

He's mum about the plot details cause they probably haven't even shown him the script.
