Update: According to Screen Daily, UK distributor Momentum Pictures has acquired UK rights to Dead Cert from Moviehouse Entertainment. "We are absolutely thrilled to have Momentum get Dead Cert,"says Moviehouse’s Gary Phillips. "The footage looks superb and they’re perfectly placed to release the film in the UK."
Writer and co-producer Ben Shillito provided this site with nine handsome images from the gangster/horror hybrid Dead Cert. Click on the image below to see our full gallery!
In the film, making its American Film Market debut, a gang of tough London gangsters get more than they bargained for when a group of businessmen make an offer to buy their club, the Inferno. They turn out to be nothing less than Vampires wanting their land back and turn viciously on the gangsters when their demands are not met.
We're told a trailer will premiere this week at the AFM.
Steven Lawson directs, Janet Montgomery, Jason Flemyng, Dexter Fletcher and Billy Murray star.
